Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase aerosol paint products. By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 and that you will use the products in accordance with the label directions and applicable law.
Products
Paint products are custom mixed to the OEM color data associated with the vehicle and paint code you select. Product descriptions, net weight and hazard statements are shown on each product card and on the label. The product label is the primary source of safety information.
Color rendering on screens is approximate. Vehicle paint fades with age and exposure, so we recommend a test spray-out before the repair. Natural variations between new paint and aged vehicle paint are not a product defect, as described in the Return & Refund Policy.
Safety Data Sheets
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are provided upon request only. To request an SDS, email support@painthera.com or use the request form at painthera.com/sds, and include the product name and product code printed on the label. We send the SDS to the email address provided.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order that cannot be shipped under our Shipping Policy, that appears fraudulent, or that contains a pricing error; any payment received is refunded.
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page and are never stored on our servers. "Pay later" orders are confirmed by our team and paid through a secure payment link before shipment.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping cost and, where selected, the priority production fee are shown before you confirm the order. Applicable sales tax is collected where required.
Priority Production
When offered, Priority Production means your order is mixed and packed the same business day if placed before the cutoff time shown at checkout. It is a production option, not a delivery service: shipping remains ground only and carrier transit time is unchanged. The option is automatically unavailable after the cutoff, on weekends and on holidays.
Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy: ground carriers only, street addresses only, and no delivery to excluded states or to PO Box / APO / FPO addresses. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier.
Returns
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Custom-mixed paint is final sale.
Use of products and limitation of liability
Automotive paint products contain flammable and hazardous ingredients. Use only as directed on the product label, in a well-ventilated area, with appropriate personal protective equipment. We are not responsible for results caused by improper surface preparation, application or storage.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
