Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you place an order: name, email address, phone number, shipping address, the vehicle and paint code you selected, order notes, and the date, time and IP address of your age confirmation.

When you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.

Automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) and cookies described below.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. on Stripe's secure pages. We never receive or store full card numbers or security codes. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment data it processes.

Service providers

We share only the data needed to fulfil your order: shipping carriers and our label provider (Shippo) receive your name, address and phone for delivery; Google Places is used to suggest addresses while you type; our email provider delivers order and support messages.

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

We use a cookie to remember your cart, a cookie to remember that you confirmed your age, and a session cookie for the checkout. We do not use advertising or tracking pixels.

Retention

Order records, including age confirmation logs, are kept for as long as required for accounting, product safety and legal purposes, at least as long as the order itself. Contact requests are kept for two years. You can ask us to delete your newsletter subscription at any time.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to support@painthera.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This store sells aerosol paint and is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from persons under 18.
