Shipping Policy

Ground shipping only

All orders containing aerosol cans are shipped by ground carriers only (USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground or equivalent). Air, express, overnight and 2-day services are not available for aerosols and cannot be selected at checkout.

Each package is packed, marked and labeled according to 49 CFR (DOT) requirements for limited quantity / ORM-D shipments.

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses within the continental United States.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, California, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE) and Armed Forces Pacific (AP) because ground service for hazardous materials is not available or not permitted for these destinations. Orders to these destinations are declined at checkout.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. A physical street address is required.

The delivery state is checked on the shipping address, not the billing address.

Production and transit time

Custom-mixed orders are usually produced within 1-2 business days. Orders placed without a paint code are mixed after our team confirms the code with you.

Ground transit takes longer than a regular parcel. Ground transit usually takes 3-7 business days depending on destination. Weather, carrier delays and hazardous materials handling can add time; transit estimates are not guaranteed.

When a priority production option is offered at checkout it speeds up mixing only: the package still travels by ground and transit time does not change.

Shipping cost

Ground rates are calculated at checkout from the carrier for your address and the number of cans in the order.

For "Pay later" orders our team confirms the shipping cost with you before mixing and payment.

Tracking and delivery

You receive an email with the tracking number when the package is handed to the carrier. Aerosol packages may require an adult signature at the carrier's discretion.

Inspect the package on delivery. If cans arrived damaged or leaking, do not use them. Damage in transit must be reported within 7 calendar days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date as described in the Return & Refund Policy.

Age requirement

Aerosol paint is not sold to persons under 18. Age is confirmed when entering the site and at checkout; the confirmation (date, time and IP address) is stored with the order.
