PAINTHERA products are mixed using OEM color data for your specific vehicle. A clean color code and correct vehicle details give the best match, especially when paired with proper preparation and clear coat.

Wash and dry the area, remove wax or grease, lightly sand damaged edges, and apply primer where bare metal or plastic is exposed. Proper prep is what makes the final finish look professional.

Yes for most basecoat repairs. Clear coat adds gloss, UV resistance, and protection from weather and daily wear. It is especially important on metallic, pearl, and larger repair areas.

Custom-mixed orders are usually produced within 1-2 business days. Aerosol paint is classified as hazardous material (UN1950, Class 2.1) and ships by ground carriers only, so air and express services are not available and transit takes longer than a regular parcel. Ground transit usually takes 3-7 business days depending on destination. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or to Alaska, Hawaii, California, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE) and Armed Forces Pacific (AP). Custom-mixed paint is made to order for your color code and is final sale: it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Unused, unopened non-paint items in original packaging may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery with prior authorization and a 15% restocking fee. If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos. Full details are in the Return & Refund Policy.

Yes. Aerosol paint is not sold to minors. You confirm your age when entering the site and again at checkout, and the confirmation is recorded with the order.

Safety Data Sheets are provided upon request. Send the product name and code from the label through the SDS request form or by email to support@painthera.com, and we will email you the SDS.
